Małgorzata Rusewicz graduated from the Law Faculty at the University of Białystok and completed post-graduate studies in insurance at the Warsaw School of Economics. She started her career as a lawyer at the Social Insurance Institution. In subsequent years she cooperated with the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs and the University of Ghent. From 2007 to 2012 she worked in the Polish Confederation Lewiatan as director of the Department of Social Dialogue and Labor Relations and Coordinator of the Labor Market Council. She was a member of the Tripartite Commission, Social Dialogue Committee at the European Commission and expert groups functioning within BUSINESSEUROPE.

Since May 2013 she became the President of the Chamber of Pension Funds. In 2019 she was also appointed as the President of the Chamber of Fund and Asset Managers. At the moment she represents two sectors of institutional investors in Poland.

A graduate of the School of Economics (SGH) and postgraduate of Mastere de Management Industriel Europeen organized by the Haute Etudes Commercialles (HEC) in Paris. She began her professional career as a merchant in the French company Geant. In the years 1997 - 2005 she continued professional development in the automotive industry at Fiat Auto Poland, and then at Volvo Auto Poland. Since 2005, she has been working for the financial sector. During her career at Bank Handlowy (Citibank) she performed a number of managerial functions from the level of the branch to the region. On June 1, 2008 she was appointed for the position of the Member of the Management Board of ING Investment Management (Poland) S.A. and the Member of the Management Board of ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., where she was responsible for Sales and Marketing Department. Since October 2, 2012 until December 8, 2014 Chief Executive Officer of ING IM (Poland) S.A.

On October 2, 2012 she was appointed Vice President of ING TFI S.A. Since December 16, 2014 Chief Executive Officer of NN Investment Partners TFI S.A. (formerly ING TFI S.A.)

President of the Management Board of EQUES Investment TFI SA. Since 1997 he has been professionaly involved in the capital market. Holds an investment advisor license No. 167 and a stockbroker license No. 1581. He graduated from the Finance and Banking Department of the Warsaw School of Economics.

He began his professional career in 1997 as a stockbroker in Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA. Next, he was responsible for the overall customer relationship of CAIB Investment Management SA , including consulting services on selection and changes of the Customers' investment strategies. In the years 2001-2003, he was an Investment Advisor and Deputy Portfolio Management Director in BRE Asset Management SA, responsible for stock and balanced portfolios. From 2004, a Member of the Management Board and then Vice-President of the Management Board of OPERA TFI SA. In the years 2007-2010, General Partner of OPERA-Kwiatkowski i Wspólnicy S.K.A. - a company managing portfolios of investment funds and individual portfolios of Customers. In EQUES Investment TFI SA since November 2011. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CERES Dom Inwestycyjny SA since April 2020. Member of the Advisory Board of the Lesław A. Paga Foundation since February 2022.

She has worked on the Polish financial market since 2001. She gained her experience working in both Polish companies and international corporations. She participated in the legal set-up of a number of  regulated companies, leading licensing processes. She has carried out a number of cross-border projects in the area of ​​UCITS, MIFID, AIFMD in Central and Eastern European countries, Nordic and Switzerland.

 She has joined Franklin Templeton in 2014, both as a Board Member of Templeton Asset Management (Poland) TFI S. and a Board Member of Franklin Templeton Investments Poland Sp. z o. o. being Franklin Templeton shared service center. Previously, over the period 2012 - 2014, she participated in the set-up of PGE Dom Maklerski S.A., supervising the area of ​​risk control and internal supervision. In the years 2005-2012, she was a Director of the Legal Department of KBC TFI S.A.  In the years 2001 - 2005, she was the Director of the Legal and Compliance Department in Warta Asset Management S.A. where in 2005 she was responsible for the legal aspects of the merger of Warta TFI S.A., WARTA Asset Management S.A., Kredyt Bank TFI S.A. and KB Zarządzanie Asset S.A. due to restructure of those companies after their takeover by KBC.

 A lawyer by education, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, postgraduate of European Banking Law at the Polish Academy of Sciences and the International MBA Program at the University of Warsaw in partnership with the University of Antwerpen, Harvard Business School, Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Bergische Universität Wuppertal.

Ms. Ewa Małyszko has extensive experience in establishing and managing financial institutions. From December 2011 to February 2017, she served as President of the PKO BP Bankowy PTE S.A. Management Board. Previously, she held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board in charge of operations and finance at KGHM TFI S.A. From 1998 to 2008, she worked at SEB TFI S.A., initially as Vice-President of the Management Board and from 2001 as President of the Management Board. She serves as a Board Member of the EFPA Poland Foundation, an organization devoted to promoting top financial advisory standards, and a Representative of EFPA Polska in the Standards and Qualifications Committee of the European Financial Planning Association. She actively promotes long-term saving and modern pension plan solutions. In addition to her professional work, she is involved in financial education activities. An economist by education, she completed the Postgraduate Studies in Pension Fund Management and the Postgraduate Studies in Quantitative Methods in the Analysis of Financial Markets at the Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed the prestigious Program for Executive Development at the IMD Institute in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the Organizational Management Program at the Wallenberg Institute in Sweden.

He has a master’s degree in law and is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and the School of American Law organized by the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and the University of Warsaw.

He is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

He has an Executive MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics.

In 2006 he worked for the law firm of Salans D. Oleszczuk kancelaria prawnicza Sp. k. (currently Dentons Europe Oleszczuk Sp. k.). In 2007 he worked for the law firm of Noerr Stiefenhofer Lutz Sp. z o.o. (currently Noerr Biedecki sp. k). From 2007 to 2009 he worked in the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority as a Clerk, Senior Clerk and Specialist. He has been working at Quercus TFI S.A. since 2009, starting as a Junior Supervision Inspector, Supervision Inspector, Deputy Director of Legal Affairs and Director of Legal Affairs. From 2017 to 2018 he served as the commercial proxy of Quercus TFI S.A. Since 2018 he has been a Management Board member of Quercus TFI S.A. Since 2018 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of iWealth Management Sp. z o.o.

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Banking) and University College Dublin (MEconSci in European Economics and Public Affairs). She spent 2002-2003 in Germany on a Robert Bosch Foundation stipend for young leaders from Central Europe. Holds the title of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She has worked in the Polish financial market since 2000, first at the Securities and Exchange Commission (now the KNF) and next at the Ministry of Finance (2003-2007), where she rose to the post of Deputy Director of the Department for Capital Market Development (in charge of the Capital
Market Section). She has been with Investors since 2007, since 2009 as Vice President / COO of Investors TFI S.A.

Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Mathematics, IT and Mechanics. Completed Postgraduate Studies for Financial and Insurance Services Sector Managers at the Warsaw School of Economics and PhD studies at this university. Also completed the Harvard ManageMentor programme organized by the ICAN Institute. Has a certificate of the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme. In 1993-1998, worked as an academic at the University of Warsaw Faculty of Mathematics.

 Started his career in the financial market in 1998 in Bank Pekao SA. In 1999-2008, worked in Commercial Union. As a department head, he was responsible for the investment strategy and fixed-income securities management, with one of the largest portfolios in Poland, worth PLN 13 billion.

 Until 2017, he was the President of the Management Board at Aviva PTE SA, the second largest open-end pension fund in Poland with assets under management of PLN 30 billion. Earlier on, was a management board member, investment director and securities portfolio manager in this company.

 Since 28 February 2017, he has been the President of the PTE PZU SA Management Board.

Currently he is a Vice-President of the TFI PZU SA Management Board.

Since 1996 he has been professionally involved in the Polish financial market. He started his career at Arthur Andersen Audit sp. z o.o., where he participated in audits and due diligence reviews of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and foreign companies from various industries. He has many years of experience in managing financial institutions. In the years 1999 - 2010 he worked for the Pioneer Pekao Investment Management group, including as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of the Management Board at Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. He was also responsible, among other things, for the development of Pioneer Global Asset Management in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of NETIA S.A. and a member of the Supervisory Board of Platforma Mediowa Point Group S.A.

From 1 June 2011 to 20 December 2012 he was a Vice-President of the Management Board of PKO TFI. Since 20 December 2012, he has been holding the position of President of the Management Board of PKO TFI.

In the years 2007 -2013 worked for HSBC Global Asset Management developing distribution of global mutual funds of HSBC in Poland Since 2013 r. has been working as a Board Member of Millennium TFI S.A. supervising areas of the asset management, sales, marketing, communication and being responsible for strategic projects of the TFI.

He holds a law degree, is a graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, as well as postgraduate studies in ‘Strategic audit in public and private institutions’ at the University of Warsaw.He has been involved in the investment fund industry since December 2000. At first, he worked for Services of Investment Founds LLC (currently: MOVENTUM LLC) in the Operations Department, then in the Legal and Compliance Department as a senior specialist. From July 2006 until December 2007, he was the Supervisor of the Millennium Investment Funds Association, Inc.. He also dealt with the legal services of the company and its investment funds. Since January 2008 he has served as the Supervision Inspector of the Investment Funds Association of PZU Inc. He is currently the Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for compliance. From September 2009 until February 2014, he was employed in PZU Asset Management Inc. and was responsible for compliance, internal audit and internal control.

Mr Płuska graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in Economics. He has had more than twenty years of professional banking and capital market experience. He is an expert in operations and finance. From 1993 he was employed by ING Group, first in ING Bank Slaski S.A., in 1998 he joined ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. taking the position of Deputy Director of Operations. Since August 2007 he has been one of the Vice-chairmen of the Management Board at Quercus TFI S.A. Mr Płuska is in charge of the Operations Department and is responsible for the company's finances.

He is a Quercus TFI S.A shareholder.

Doctor of Juridical Science at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Warsaw University. He has been active on the Polish capital market since the beginning of his professional career in 1994, when he joined the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission (currently: the Polish Financial Supervision Authority). In the Commission, he served as Deputy Head of the Legal Department since in 1997 and as Head of the Legal Department from 2000 to 2005. He was a member of the Examination Committee for Investment Advisors from 1999 to 2004. He was a supervisory board member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange from February to August 2008. In 2005 - 2019 he  serves as the President of the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management. Simultaneously, he has been lecturing at the Faculty of Law and Administration,  Warsaw University, primarily in the area of  capital markets’ regulations. He has written multiple publications on the capital market and administrative law. He is also a member of the European Law Institute (ELI), a prestigious organization that brings together Europe’s best legal experts. In 2018 he was also appointed a member of the Legislative Council, a legal advisory board by the Prime Minister of Poland. In December 2019 General Assembly of Members awarded him the title of Honorary President of IZFiA. Privately, he is an avid player of bridge and chess.
